How it works

We create your facility and administrator
Tell us the name of your hospital, lab or clinic and who should administer it. We set both up and hand over the credentials.

You add your uploaders
Your administrator creates an account for each person at the counter. No shared logins, so the log stays meaningful.

You start uploading
Open the portal in any browser on the machine you already have. There is nothing to install and nothing to integrate.

- Do we need to integrate with our lab software?
- No. The portal is a web page. If you can save a report as a PDF, you can upload it to Baidya ID.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. Baidya ID is free for facilities, as it is for patients. We are not charging today and have no plan to start; if that ever changed we would tell you well in advance.
- What if we upload to the wrong patient?
- You can withdraw a report from the portal within 24 hours of uploading it. After that, write to us with the reason and we will remove it.
- Can our staff see a patient's other reports?
- No. A facility sees only the reports it uploaded itself. The full history belongs to the patient.
